Our Founder & Managing Director, Tom Hutchinson, is an Executive search consultant with 22 years’ experience in both Australian & European markets. He prides himself on the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, respect, communication and client service in each appointment that he manages. He and wife Belinda reside in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs with their two primary school aged daughters. Originally from Wodonga in North-East Victoria, he studied a Commerce degree at the University of Melbourne where he was a resident at Queen’s College and subsequently became involved with the broader college and Wyvern community. Away from work, he is a passionate golfer and forever on the search for the perfect bottle of wine.
